After a historically strong rally in recent years, Biotechnology stocks and the Nasdaq Biotechnology Index ETF (IBB) finally exhausted themselves in 2015 and began to tumble. So far in 2016 biotechnology has been on a one-way street lower but for the near-term increasingly look to be oversold. Active investors and Traders could look to play a bounce.
